We really like it; it comes with instructions and is very easy and intuitive to use. I love that it can be raised and lowered. And to nitpick a bit, the curved part is small; I would like it to be larger so I could position it better. But overall, it's great.

I’ve been using this to assist my scar recovery after multiple surgeries. I’ve only been using it for a week and noticing the skin improving ever so subtly. Looking forward to what the consistent results are after a month.

It does the job. built very cost effectively, but it does not affect quality. very easy to assemble and the chip panel is good quality. controller gives all options that's important.
